I'm sorry but the Duct Installation on those Dryers is totally unacceptable.

• The small round dryer taps into the bottom of larger Exhaust Mains are Rejected.
  Concentric transistion fittings are required on all.
  
• The square to rectangular Offset Transitions are Rejected.
  The added static pressure drop will effect Fan / System performance.

  Please have your field personal remove all Rejected Work asap. Forward six copies of your Revised shop drawings with a new exhaust layout conforming to SMACNA and ASHRAE Standards within five days. Do NOT proceed with new installation until A/E approval is received.
