Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.
Well, his grandparents and parents were Communists AND his mentor was a Communist.
Looking at the documents, they all look pretty standard, Petition, Motion, Order for Hearing and Service, Decree. Each document has individually typewritten page numbers if more than one page in length, which is standard. I wouldn’t anticipate seeing any other documents like birth certificates in a divorce, unless reference as Exhibits in the Petition. My only thought is that they could contain the Certificate of Service of Obama Sr. or a written Answer by Obama Sr.
To cut to the chase., my hobby research in genealogy and this is the greatest test for many years. An absolute classic search. Howard Hughes Jr family line a real masterpiece of research. Also the grandfather of Adolf Hitler is- have not found him yet.
I know that this subject has galvanized and indeed invigorated many Freepers. Some are beginning to wilt and this is understandable. The positives are that it has been a learning experience. Next, once and for all, surely, surely, the powers that be, will lay down firm rules for anyone in future, who puts his/her name on the ballot for the Presidency.

In 1961 there was a flight from Kenya to Glasgow, Scotland then onto Vancouver, B.C. She could have shown the birth certificate from Kenya there and been waved through since Kenya was a part of the British Commonweath as is Canada. From there to travel down to Seattle she would most likely have gone through Bellingham.

They PROVE Jr. is the son of Sr. As such - he can not be natural born due to being born under the jurisdiction of his father - who was not a US Citizen.
