Ed Hale of Plains Radio has secured a copy of the Dunham/Obama divorce decree as promised. He has registered this at the courthouse and has turned the document over to lawyers who are reported to be happy and enthused over the contents.
This is the first page. This is all that can be divulged at this time as those who have seen the decree are sworn to silence. You may hear information about it tonight on Ed's plainsradio show.

Very interesting that U of H won’t answer such an innocent question.
Someone would have to file a FOI request to access Immigration documents for that time period. There would be NO birth certificate kept at any point of entry!

He’s catching flak because they’re not talking about the divorce decree at all — at least in a substantive way. He said that once the lawyer showed him the significance, it became obvious to him that this document would bring Obama down. Well, other that regurgitate the “British citizenship” facts (not denied by Obama anyway) Hale hasn’t told us what the “obvious” significance was.
I’ve listened to this bozo before several times, and I have rarely, if ever, seen a flicker of intelligence from him on any subject he talks about. Hale is an utter waste of time.

I don’t know how much more scrutiny can be given to this, considering all that I’ve seen so far. It would be hard to exceed what has been done already in “scrutiny”.
The point is that our Constitution is still intact, because Arthur did not “flout” the fact that he was foreign born, but said that he was natural born. So, he was *stating* that he followed the Constitution. The problem was (back then, as it is today) that no one could *prove it*.
And so, when we look to history — do we see that all these *problems* (which posters say will happen with a foreign born President) — did they happen with Arthur?
I’m wondering what happen to that Constitutional provision for Natural Born in the Constitution — after — Arthur was President? Was it trashed?
Also, what happened to Arthur’s legislation? Was it all invalid? Also, did foreign government blackmail him?
That’s the idea — to get an idea of what people are “in store for” by looking at history and seeing what happened in the past — with the very same thing...
I always found that little quirk of pulling his lips inward to lick his lips as the exact same quirk of Malcolm X. My daughter as an infant had the exact quirk of her father of tickling her arm when she was half asleep. Even though she was only 10 months old and hadn’t picked it up from seeing him because he worked third shift and she never saw him.

That’s where I would go to find out if he was born in Kenya. Go to all those people celebrating their Kenyan president and ask them to prove it. LOL. Offer up some bling though....

How many cases were before the Supreme Court in regards to Arthur?
Am I to understand, without sifting through the 800+ posts on this thread, that Hale did not come through with the relevations he promised were coming with this divorce decree?

Yeah, I’m sure that a lot of people will always believe that Obama is foreign born, just like they did with Arthur. So, I wonder how big of a cloud Arthur had over his head, at the time and afterward?

Hey, the issue is does the President meet the qualifications of the office. In both cases, we’ve got allegations that Arthur did not and Obama does not.
And it seems, that it’s going to be, in both cases, that no one is going to come up with proof.
So, they sound the same to me on a Constitutional grounds...
Pretty much yep, the docs where much ado about nothing. They did, however, kill two conspiracy theories, that he had a different birthdate and he changed his name.
The attorney —Steve Pigeon (?)— said that in 1981 Obama probably thought that he was a British citizen because of his father and then a Kenyan citizen because of Kenya’s independence, but also entitled to an Indonesian passport because of his adoption by Sotero. And that explains how Obama was abled to travel to Pakistan in the early 80s (on an Indonesian passport) and why Obama has sealed his college records (from Occidental, which most likely show that he was Barry Sotero and a foreign student).
And it also explains why he didn’t register with the Selective Service — and why that document was created (per Debbie Schlussel).
