Most people don't know that we pulled out of southeast Asia in the seventies millions of Vietnamese and Cambodians were murdered and imprisoned; albeit Pol Pot, or the North Vietnamese.

Is it really that they don't know? How about they are too self-absorbed or mind-numbed by telvision and the media to put two and two together. It's pretty convenient for the sheeple to forget about the Killing Fields, the desperate Boat People refugees etc. and swallow the pablum of all the anti-Vietnam sentiments propagated hy the left and media at the time. Yet, how blind can people be??

I hope you can see that I'm not disagreeing with you NY. Just expanding on your thought....

I am going to try explaining my concerns about the health-care rationing provisions that were rammed through the "stimulus" bill without public discussion to a group tomorrow.
