Mel Gibson's girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva is pregnant with the actor-director's child, an unidentified source told the U.S. celebrity news Web site TMZ.com.
The insider said Grigorieva, a 39-year-old singer signed to Gibson's Icon Records label, is in the second trimester of her pregnancy.
Robyn, Gibson's wife of 28 years, filed for divorce April 13.
The former couple, who have seven children together, reportedly had been separated for about two years.
TMZ.com said Gibson has told his soon-to-be-ex-wife and his older children about his girlfriend's pregnancy.
Well, at least we paper up a lot of them.

I don't think that she has any doubt that it is his kid. She just doesn't want it confirmed for the rest of the world.
Edwards' baby's mama would not be keeping so nice and quiet all this time if she wasn't receiving regular checks. Plus, the checks must be bigger than she would get if she sued for and received child support.
I used to respect him also, but over the past couple of years something hasn’t been right - perhaps male menopause or alcoholism. I can’t even look at him anymore or his movies - all I can say is what a pig.
There's few pics on the 'net of him hitting the clubs in the company of young women. He's clearly fallen hard off the wagon.

I would think the bigger issue would be the bastard (the child, not Eddie) taking a chunk of her kiddo’s inheritance.

I hadn't paid much attention but I didn't know this.

Because of no fault divorce laws she will get 50% in a community property state.
Before no-fault and comprop, she would have gotten all or most of it and lifetime alimony. Which was an extremely effective deterrent that helped men keep it in their pants and kept gold diggers from wrecking marriages in order to marry up.
It was stupid liberals that wreaked havoc on the family with their numpty beliefs that no fault divorce would benefit women and children. It just lets men have their cake and Edith too.
It is reported that while they were separated he promised her $52MM a year to keep it out of the press. Thus, she would get $104MM for the 2 years that she stayed with him in addition to the community property 50% baby! Plus, I am sure the kids all 7 of them have trusts set up.

Why is that relevant? It's not as if Mel Gibson's making a movie about the Lord was effectively a sort of bribe for Him, and after that Gibson was supposed to be protected from the consequences of his own wrong behavior.
I really liked those movies with Danny Glover. Seven kids is pretty hard to walk away from but maybe his wife was terrorizing him. It does take 2 you know.
