When several US Senators' infant daughters get raped.

And even then, I'm not sure -- they might try to shift the blame to Rush Limbaugh and his anti-gay, racist agenda^TM.

Till then, the only cure is to vote out EVERY incumbent from DC in 2010 and 2012. A lawful purge by the voters.
