Moose can swim. In fact, they are semi-aquatic with a large splayed foot for support in soft soils and mud.

I'm not going to make jokes about a serious subject like this. (Like hell I'm not!! /john wayne voice)

Thanks for the info. I’m now voting for the Moose-a-saurus!

Standard poodles are actually very large. Most people own miniature poodles.

Our neighbors used to have two standard poodles that gave me the creeps.

Barney’s Frank?

Bill Clinton swimming without shorts?

Yes, Moose can swim very well under water. A friend of mine caught one while he was fishing. Decided it was better to go back to the hunting shack and drink for the rest of the day. Also safer.

Never goose a moose!

I’d rather be hunting the “game” on the right in post#24.

Shamon!”
—‘Bad,’ Michael Jackson (1987)

On the title song of Michael Jackson’s album ‘Bad,’ the Man Who Would Be King of Pop gives the millions of Jackobites worldwide these immortal words: “I’m bad, I’m bad, shamon!” And while it sounds as if MJ is extolling the virtues of some sort of processed meat product, “shamon” is simply his unique way of saying “c’mon!” As an exclamation, it hasn’t exactly taken off, but indie pianoman Ben Folds, for one, has carried the flame, throwing down a “shamon” of his own on his 2001 song ‘Rockin’ the Suburbs.’

or a healer medicine man!
