Federal Judge to hear Obama Birth Certificate on the Merits!

At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

Suspect there is something problematic on the father’s side on the doc.

That was my initial thinking as well. I was thinking that the father was listed as Frank Marshall Davis or "unknown".

But after finding out that they covered up school records (which could show if he registered as a foreign student) and saying that he was born in two different hospitals it looks more like they are hiding the location of his birth, rather than his father's identity.

Hopefully if this case does indeed proceed, I hope that they ask for all of 0bama's records. (Including to see if he's even a legal citizen of the U.S. by checking to see if any paperwork was filed when he entered the country after being a citizen of Indonesia)

I believe in omans. I know it is a bit arcane in the 21st Century. I remember when a row of American flags on a stage fell on Hilary as she got on the stage. Prior to that technicians and stage crew walked up and down the row of flags and nothing happened, until Clinton walked by and they fell on her. I said she will lose the primary. She did. Now Obama’s teleprompter just broke. No one touched it and it fell from the mount to the floor and shattered while Obama was making a presentation. Bad Oman!!????

I'll do you one better... when I was in college, I was working for President Ford against that Liberal airhead, Jimmah Kahta...It was the last week of the race and Ford had dialed in to our convention hall to wish us well. What kind of discovery is the judge going to allow? Subpoenas to Hawaii? The White House? Obama personally? That’s the real key. If he makes the plaintiff make their case with no discovery, it’s gonna be tough.

If they did not bother discerning whether 0 met Natural Born Citizen, and discovery is made that he is NOT NBC, then suit could be made that all 50 states election certifications are null and void. No?

Who will remove Obama if he can’t prove his birth as an American citizen? He would have to be impeached, something the RATS would never do.

If was found to be constitutionally ineligible, he would be in perpetual violation of the Constitution. At that point, he'd have to be removed because none of his authority would be legal or enforceable.

If we did not know him and his very positive mind sets and character traits we might also be having doubts.
