These twins were born the day AFTER Obama AT KAPIOLANI. And their certificate numbers are LOWER than his (10637 and 10638). They were born 8-5-1961, the certificates were signed by mom 8-7-1961, signed by the MD 8-11-1961, and signed by the Registrar 8-11-1961.

THIS MEANS HE DEFINITELY WAS NOT BORN AT KAPIOLANI, because his BC number (born on Aug 4th and filed with Registrar Aug 8th) should have a lower number than the twins (Born Aug 5th at Kapiolani and filed with Registrar Aug 11th)

1) The above statement from Mrs. Nordyke names Stanley Ann Dunham, not Mrs. Obama;

2) The Nordyke twins are not in the so called Health department announcement to either newspaper yet they were born within the time frame of the data used for the list.

Grandma Dunham could have filed after hearing from Stanley Ann by telephone or telegraph. (It's a boy! Named BHO Jr.) She could have got the address wrong as well as printed in the papers.

Or Stanley Ann could have flown back and filed by the 8th, say.

Yes, that's my understanding. From today's Advertiser:

Hawai'i's disclosure law (Hawai'i Revised Statutes 338-18) states that "it shall be unlawful for any person to permit inspection of, or to disclose information contained in vital statistics records, or to copy or issue a copy of all or part on any such record ... "

The law further states that the Health Department "shall not permit inspection of public health statistics records, or issue a certified copy of any such record or part thereof, unless it is satisfied that the applicant has a direct and tangible interest in the record."

The most that Governor Lingle did was to admonish state officials to adhere to the law.
