I believe the bottom two pictures are from a monolith like object discovered on the surface of Phobos, one of the moons of Mars, by the Mars Global Surveyor in 1998 or 1999.

Phobos is the larger of the two moons and averages about 22 km in diameter with a surface area about 50% larger than Rhode Island.
