Like that "Job for Life" program he came up with.
Step One: Be John F. Kennedy's brother.
Step Two: Get elected to the Senate from Massachusetts.
Step Three: Repeat as often as necessary.
I wanted to take advantage of the program, but I've had some trouble getting Step One to work for me.
Look up what he and his brother Bob said in 1965 when the immigration act was being debated.
