I’m not a certified document examiner, but I observe that the typed characters on your posted “Certificate of Live Birth” do not line up in neat columns, contrary to what one would expect when typing with a typewriter available in 1961. So, regrettably, this document is likely a fake. Of course, that doesn’t necessarily mean that the factual info included in the document is false.

Look at fields 18a and 19a. The checkboxes for “parent” and “M.D.” have had marks in them whited out. Someone took a BC that had been filed for someone else and redid it for Obama. Also, notice the lack of serial numbers.
