It was beautiful. They should have shown the entire interview with Sarah, but they saved the best for last. Todd is just SO amazing, God Bless him and God Bless Trig. This is the first time I heard about him needing surgery to fix a hole in his heart.

He may or may not need surgery. Many of the holes in peoples hearts close themselves. Many people go their whole lives with small holes in their hearts and never even know about it.
The heart repair for a VSD or ASD, although an open heart surgery, has a very high success rate. Trig should be fine. But I can say from experience, his parents will be very anxious.
