I don’t know about Florida, but almost the only way for a woman to get 100 percent custody is for the husband to want nothing to do with the children (in which case he still has to pay child support) or for the husband to be a child molester, heavy drug user or other dangerous felon (and would also have to pay child support). I don’t think courts get too upset about philandering dads.
