Can’t figure out the scoring - I only answered one question with anything other than a “0” or a “10” - I was trying to be a complete idealogue - expected to get a “5” or “10”...
I agree alot of the questions were BS, including the one that just mentioned "immigrants" in general and did not distinguish between illegal and legal ones. (and if liberals are honest about the question about whether they think it is "patriotic to question the government during a time of war', their answer would be "only if a Republican is President") . I think the results are fairly accurate, though I question the site's claim that those who primarily get their news from national TV like CNN score very conservative, and those who primarily get their news through the internet and blogs score mostly liberal. Everyone I know who gets their "facts" from the TV news media all day believed that Obama was a deity and Sarah Palin was "unqualified".
I already know I'm strongly conservative, I find quizzes that go into more specific policy ideas and types of political movements to be more interesting. I wish I had bookmarked that freeper thread that had a quiz ranking what type of conservative you are. I rated right in the middle between "Paleoconservative" and "Neoconservative".

The first question about too much mixng of religious values in politics tempted me to not even start. Depends on which religious values. Most are compatible with each other on the basics but ixnay on sharia law.
The immigrant question was the other skewed questioon. I answered it as if they meant illegal immigrants.
Score=49.
That quiz was, on the whole, pretty fair. Several questions warranted a ‘5’ because they were “did you stop beating your wife” quality, but most were straightforward. I “scored” a 100/400 and am rated “very conservative”. ...Which obviously means I am a normal American.

Religion and Politics, yeah they shove tons of religion and politics. Globaloney is a new-age religion.
As for benefitting corporations, yeah I think government funding goes to lots of big businessmen. The Soros folks and the GM folks. PP is another big one.
I think Diplomacy (NATO) is a good thing, and so is having a decent military.
Might’ve taken that quiz you mentioned, but I don’t recall. I presume I’d score in the neo camp (at least I hope so). ;-)
