I read recently that mangos were good for your colon, but I couldn’t find any that were small enough to fit.

If I lived in San Francisco, I probably could have found a mango that fit.

Follow the money! Who really financed this study?
To: Tucson Jim
Yes, too many buy into the corponazi’moremed$ philosophy , treading right over inexpensive natural remedies that have been effective, because not enough profit can be wrung out of them.

No problem, I’ll just counteract the effect by taking pro-oxidants.

Once you start using under-oxidants, you'll never go back. Trust me.

This is the stuff that messes with me. Like arginine is good for your cardiovascular system, excpet when it kills you.

This is the stuff that messes with me. Like arginine is good for your cardiovascular system, excpet when it kills you. There would be some optimal amount of everything and those amounts would be individually optimal. What's right for you could be wrong for me. I take a fairly comprehensive multi-vitamin/mineral/whatever pill just to know I'm getting some of all of that good stuff.
