Definitely lower-scoring games. (Also HATE the DH)

The best game I have witnessed in a long time was this week when our hitless wonders, the Padres parlayed one crummy single into a 1-0 victory over the Giants. Superb pitching by Pad Matt Latos and tough luck Giant loser Jonathan Sanchez. Sanchez no hit us last year.

I was able to enjoy Smoltz, Madddux, and Glavine. Does that answer your question?

This chick doesn't dig the long ball, unless it's from a Cub or a member of my fantasy baseball team. There's nothing better than watching two dominant pitchers mow down hitters in a snappy two-hour game.

...The score is not important. It’s most about the defense. Long fly balls, hard hit grounders, double plays, even offense stolen bases, slide in doubles. Yea, a good pitcher striking out the biggest hitters. If I had a favorite team, and they came in last, a losing season in the bleachers is better than a good day fishing...
...I love the game...

prefer 7 to 12 total runs

I like lower scoring games in general...but really, I love any kind of baseball...as long as it's played well. Well performed hit & runs, sacrifice hits, hitting the cutoff man, good base running, a long at-bat, etc. are fun to watch under any circumstance.
PS - The Reds need to work on their base running, eh? :o) Dusty looked like he was going to throw up today.

100% for a well pitched, low scoring game.
4 1/2 hour high scoring games become tiresome with endless pitching changes, throws to first, antsy kids wanting to go home...

I like low scoring games with lotsa foul balls close to the foul lines so I can watch the ballgirls.

I prefer a compromise: Phillies 15, Opponents 0.

I love it when my team, down by six runs in the bottom of the ninth, pulls off a rally and wins.

As a former pitcher myself, I appreciate good pitching, but lots of people do not even know what they are looking at when they are watching a pitcher and think low scoring games are boring.
Being unable to hit a curve ball worth spit back in the day, I don't care to see professional pitchers "batting." There are only a precious few who actually look like they still know what they are doing at the plate.
Given that the Mariners are the only MLB team within 200 miles of me, I came to grips with the DH back in 1977 when I was 10.

I agree, but one of the others mixed in occasionally is fun.

A high-scoring game used to be more exciting to me, back before the days of the juiced ball, and when “high-scoring” meant 7-5. It meant there were rallies, and home runs were rare and dramatic. Today, there are no more rallies; home runs are common, zapped of their drama. Third-string shortstops have .500 slugging percentages. Coming back from 4-1 was a rare and thrilling event.
A low-scoring game is much more exciting. The problem is you never know when a 2-1 game in the sixth is going to become a 12-7 blowout. Coming back from 4-1 is over as fast as a quick sneeze.
