Why would any species capable of interstellar travel want Earth as an energy resource? Some estimate that one would need AT LEAST 4.5 × 10^17 J of energy to accelerate to 1/10th the speed of light. There are far more efficient energy resources in the universe. If the aliens had some kind of super advanced wormhole tunneling or quantum transmission technology, what need would they have for a medium sized planet?
The only thing exceptional about this planet is DNA-based life. I find it far more likely that we would be a curiosity or simply ignored by an advanced alien race.
“The only thing exceptional about this planet is DNA-based life.”
Who told you?
Wouldn't "jumping" be more efficient? What if it's folded like bolts of cloth? Millions of light years an illusion?
They purportedly are EXTREMELY fascinated with
and BUSY WITH DNA related projects . . . hybridizations.
Some say . . . to better infiltrate and control.
Some say . . . because their DNA has reached a dead end due extensive cloning etc.
Given all the smoke, mirrors and ulterior motives . . . I doubt any mortals know very much along those lines.
