Thats how my youngest calls for him! Ollie Ollie Oxen Free! That cry comes from our old days (but you know - xsex might only barely remember them though) when the kids were paying tag.
“All Ye! All Ye!! In come free!!” meant somebody had been tagged near the base and everybody else playing could come in “free” and start over.
