Looks like the Scotch and Cigs got him.

I’ll pray for him. Hope it doesn’t make him mad.
I am sure he is deep in prayer.
Wow. Prayers for him. He really needs them desperately. I wonder if those Christians he knows will stand out now? Me thinks yes.
Sorry to hear it.
He’s written some good stuff. Some awful stuff too, but when he’s good he’s really good.
We all get our turn at bat. His is coming. Pray for him. This is a crossing you don’t want to make without a light.
Amen, you have the right attitude.
Yeah, there are very few atheists with cancer
Pray the Lord touches and heals him. He is a good egg.
Yes
Oh, yeah. I have a feeling he’s about to find out if he’s right or wrong.
I hope and pray he finds out on THIS side of Eternity and takes the appropriate steps.
Very much the atheist. His brother, however, has written a book explaining that the virulent atheism of Christopher and others, led him to God. In any event, yes lets all do pray for Christopher; he’s a “foe” of sorts, but we love him anyways and surely want him to be cured or know the Lord or both, eh?? Esophogeal is a bad one, not too many escape that one alive.
Christopher Hitchens finds Jesus in 4 ... 3 ... 2 ... 1 ...
Esophageal cancer can be exceptionally deadly. Even though he won’t be praying for himself, I’ll pray for him anyways. While I don’t agree with much of what he writes, I always enjoy reading what’s on his mind.
Wonder if he’ll start believing in God now. I will pray that he does.
Scotch isn’t the culprit, it’s an elixir.
Hitchens ping. Prayers have some urgency now
As a 17 year survivor of esophageal cancer, I agree with your sentiment. I was very lucky to have it discovered early before the tumor went beyond the wall of the esophagus. Had it surgically removed 10 days after learning I had it.
Prayers for Mr. Hitchens.
Sometimes, in time of need, people turn to God. He can save anyone. I always recall the sort of person Saul of Tarsus was and it gives me hope. In fact, I recall who I was, and even I was saved. My prayers for Mr. Hitchens.
