My husband opened the front door about 7 this morning and found a mama and baby raccoon on our door step. Mama ran but baby just sat there staring up at him. He said it was really cute. He shut the door and re-opened it to find the mama picking the baby up by the back of it’s neck and heading for the sidewalk.
Oh my... prayers being said.

When the kids were little we found raccoon babies in the milk box on the front porch. (You know it was a long time ago-they haven’t had milk deliveries and milk boxes in a long time) Mom came and got them the same way yours did “)

Oh Darn, we missed the party. It looks so lushy.
I forgot the party. My next week trip to Europe was cancelled - and I was sooooo happy - I just didn’t know what to do with myself.
Not a problem. I’m happy the trip was cancelled.
