One month after the disappearance of 7-year-old Kyron Horman, police reportedly said a landscaper told them the Oregon boy's stepmother tried to hire him to kill her husband, Kaine Horman.
After a month with no trace of Kyron the family still hopes for his safe return.The allegation, first reported in The Oregonian but confirmed by ABC News affiliate KATU-TV in Portland through a source close to the investigation, thickens the cloud of suspicion surrounding Terri Horman, the last person to see Kyron before he went missing on June 4
The landscaper allegedly told police that Terri Horman approached him about killing her husband six or seven months before Kyron disappeared, the sources said.

It’s all stuff I read on this evening’s thread as SM, I was just astounded...... evidentally he goes along with a group of others ANNUALLY to some area of Mexico, to work directly with the kids.
Well, I was wrong. On the comments section of See Dale Mow, they’re ALREADY hollering at him for not coming forward earlier. Geez, the poor guy was merely doing his job and didn’t have any contact with Terri or Dede or Kyron that morning but he’s getting blamed none the less.
Wanna bet Dale’s white truck was the truck that was seen on the road and that Dale was the infamous “2nd person”?

Well.......... WHY should they speak to him??? Didn't Tony the Detective declare that Terri was ODD, that Terri was suspicious?
So....... WHO else have they never interviewed since it was obvious to THEM at the very beginning, and ever since, that Terri is guilty?????????
Wishert may refer to the last name of Jason Wishert of Multnomah County, Oregon. Mr. Wishert is a 6 time Oregon Supreme Court appointee, elected to the OJD State Advisory Council in July 2006 at age 37, and a writer with several articles published in The Hillsboro Argus in 2008. His biography states he is pursuing a criminal justice degree at Washington State University. He is founder and owner of Embassy Enterprises, an Oregon based fencing company.
Mr. Wishert is a child advocate, serving on a board that provides Judicial oversight to children placed in State custody. He is a supporter of several non-profit child outreach organizations including CCF out of Richmond and Friends of Pimpollo out of Salem Oregon. In 1994, Mr. Wishert started sponsoring children through the Christian Children's Fund out of Richmond, Virginia. I'm still very curious about the skinheads and the whole aryan white supremists in Portland, because although THEY do not show up much in the news, demonstrations against them DO, and so I find it amazing that Kaine would shave his head, knowing that he's going to be all over TV.
But then.... haven't lots of online posters remarked that he seemed very threatening, and so.... would a skinhead appearance perhaps provoke fear???

I doubt Wishert would risk his career over this. Not even if he was presented with reams of evidence and Kyron showed him bruises where Kaine has supposedly abused him or did unspeakable acts upon him. No, this guy knows and respects the law too much to get involved in anything like that. He would have referred Terri to Child Protective Services and let them handle it. No where have we read that there was any abuse and with Terri blabbing to everyone who passed within her line of vision everything about Kaine, this surely would have come out.
We don’t even know if Wishert and Dede are on speaking terms. At most, I can see Dede pumping him for information and asking what would happen in hypothetical situations. Of course, he’s smart enough that the second Dede’s name hit the wires, he would have be down at the DA’s office handing her to them on a silver platter.

I just watched the video with the ex-bf. I don’t understand the point in him bringing out Dede’s pictures and love letters. Weird. It’s obvious he’s still got a soft spot for her. I tried comparing her handwriting to the strange note on the wall but couldn’t see the love notes clear enough. Strange though was that twice Dede wrote what appears to be the word “special” - one on the white note on the left and another on the pink note. The wall note had “Special K” on it. Of course, it may mean nothing.
Not that I know anything about handwriting analysis but just from looking at it, the wall note doesn’t look like the person was trying to disguise his handwriting. I do think it’s a male though he does seem to have some flare with the little curvies or hooks at the top of some letters/”/). Despite the first “I” being large, I don’t feel he has much self confidence because the other “I”s get smaller and tend to drop below the following letter. But the “I”s are set apart so don’t know what that might mean. In fact, everything gets smaller. Notice the lower case “i”s are very small compared to the other letters. The tail on the lower case “e” is short until the last word “kisses”. That almost seems like another person wrote “kisses”, except for the short “i”. The “N” in the last “No” looks a lot like Dede’s “v” in “Love” on the green paper. But over all, her writing looks rounder.
It’s very vertical which might be the person is anal. The odd use of capital letters appear to be that he’s losing control. The use of printing seems very angry and pointed or sharp as in sharply making a point or being short or curt. Each line is very disjointed from the others in that he can’t stay on a straight line. Dede’s, however, are very straight across.
Just my .02.
To my mind, there probably are thousands of Oregonians trying to insert themselves into a position of importance in this case, all for their 15 minutes of fame, plus massive free advertising for their own business.
The love letters?
Those items PROVE that he really does know Dede Spicher, and not just as some passing acquaintance, but that they had a meaningful significant intimate romantic relationship.
IMNSHO, I believe that it was this relationship of Dede's which led TMH to posting lots of stuff at her Facebook account about child abuse and child welfare organizations combatting same.
So I believe that Jason Wishert was establishing credibility with the journalists by showing DOCUMENTS which prove his relationship to Dede, and interestingly, these documents might halt, or at least tone down all the chatter online about lesbian relationships, LOL.
I am really glad that he came forward. He must be very courageous.
I don't know.... when I first ran across that, I found it odd, but it was before I learned that the school grounds keeper had obviously NEVER been interviewed by LE.

Terri asked one landscaper to *kill for money* who may be hispanic or Russian or Aryan Nation.
James was sent to live on a horse ranch with bio dad & step mom.
Desiree is married to a cop.
I would never have dreamed that ANYTHING could compete with the high level weirdness in the Florida Cummings & Anthonys missing children investigations ---- but this Portland, Oregon investigation takes the cake, by far, leaving the Anthonys & the Cummings way way way back here in the land of ALMOST normality.
And I'm not joking.
Do you happen to know if statistics exist on the actual number of alcoholics, meth addicts, steroid users, heroin addicts, crack cocaine freaks, oxycontin(sp) prescription pain pill abusers, marijuana growers, inside peyote cactus cultivators, magic mushroom spelunkers, ecstacy rings, psychodelic techies, ETC/ETC/ETC in Oregon?
Then add in the Russian Mob, Mexican drug cartels, child prostitution, human trafficking, white supremists, aryan skinheads, swinger clubs, nude bars, nude parades, all surrounded by many square miles of rural marijuana fields.
HOW... under these circumstances have cops failed to investigate anyone other than Terri Horman????

This has to be the most horrifying case I can remember. Probably because we have seen so many photos of this sweet innocent child, unaware of the adult aberrations in his young life.
Not only are they VERY young to have never been exposed to William Safire's famous article, but they .... don't know how to search on google, to find definitions?????
