The October Surprise. We all know it's coming. In what shape, idea, form -- who's to say? Evil always surprises. Its goals are constant, the ultimate objective never changes, but inevitably it manifests itself as the savior of the day, the savior of man. The 2008 Democrat October Surprise that ushered in the first hardcore radical post-American president in American history was the "economic collapse." Oh yes, that was a beaut.

How about the one they always accused Bush of many times? They “capture” or confirm killing Bin Laden. I would think Al Zawahiri or Al Alaki being captured or confirmed killed would also qualify as an October Surprise.

It was the economic ignorance of McCain, reading Greenspan’s book to learn economics, and he could have fought the socialist from the beginning, either Hillary or Barry the Brain, same tax and spend Democrat, but McCain couldn’t articulate a difference as Joe the Plummer didn’t have a clue who to vote for 3 weeks before the election
I’ve said that before.
However, it won’t be an actual attack, because Obammie the Commie would never attack a Muslim country.
It will involve lots of saber-rattling and threats and eventually (planned in advance) Iran will back down, will appear to give concessions to the freedom-loving people of Iran. The reality will be that Obammie the Commie will concede to them what Ihmanutjob demands in order to go along with this charade.
I find it interesting that we consider the October Surprize...
...a common place election event.
Manipulation of the election through catastrophic events or revelations.
It should be made illegal.
Imagine for just a moment if the 2008 surprise was actually a manipulated event. If we, one, really believes it was; don’t we think it should have been prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law?
It’s a good bet we Freepers will already know the details(telling us something we don’t know isn’t going to be easy) or are going to be best informed come October

And not just the MSM, but all of popular culture (radio, teevee, music, academia, sports, recreation, peer pressure, employment).
Too many of us have abandoned our faith and trust in God, and therefore our sense of what is right and what is wrong (good and evil if you prefer) is way out of calibration.
All of the US’s most serious flaws are rooted directly in loss of character, IMO.
