What I saw...

Yesterday i was online reading the news. I spotted a picture of Obama and his wife Michelle-a waist up profile not full front face.

The pic was almost half light & half dark and you had to look closer. The picture wasn't especially flattering of Michelle , in fact, if you didn't know what she looked like you would have mistaken her for someone else. Her hair was pulled back severely and knotted in a tiny- tiny pony tail at the back of her head. The shadows on her face were severe and she was wearing a white sleeveless tank top accentuating her sloping shoulders and sagged bustline.

In the foreground next to her was Obama and the way the pic was taken light played all over his face. In the profile and he looked about 20 years younger than he actually is. He was smiling and you could tell that Michelle was listening to what he had to say. Her head bowed as shadows encompassed her cheeks which accentuated her cheekbones and made her look as a old woman.

A short & sharp intake of breath , I gasped,I looked at this picture a little longer than usual because this man was so young looking and then i understood something weird.

In this flash I saw the complete psychological profile of their marriage. He married a woman who is his psychological black mother he never had but he chooses to live and relate on his own twisted terms. Within this complicated set of psychological choices I then understood the reality of his bisexuality.

When i had first read of his being on the down-low i would just chuckle and laugh to myself. Obama lacks in many areas as POTUS and i never wanted to pile my own karmic debt any higher by believing that he WASN'T straight;anyway, why should i care?.

Whomever said "a picture is worth a thousand words" is right. You should have seen what I saw..........

Except in your case, when one is required to use a small letter "o".

Is that supposed to imply something?

I agree with your assessment. There is an innate need to have basic needs of worthiness met by our parents. When they don’t meet those needs due to absence or selfishness, then one can internalize the feeling of unworthiness (ie-if I were worthy, they’d meet my needs). It’s a base instinct and need.

Therefore, I contend, self rejection can occur and I think that can even translate to our own sexuality. You reject WHO you are and that drives homosexuality and bisexuality.

I thought the exact same thing when I saw it on Drudge. Aren't those plastic shower shoes?

Those two really have ZERO class. I am consistently amazed and disgusted at how they present themselves while in public.

Stalker kitty had best be aware of six highly territorial native kitties and one apathetic geriatric dog.

The Resident seems to be dressing to let the rest of the third world know his heart is really with them. Everything he does is designed to bring us down to their level. :o[

Good thing you never ribbed me for being a crazy cat lady because I have a mere four cats. Not worried about your six. I have fingernails, and I know how to use them on a cat, and they love it. Even apathetic geriatric dogs enjoy tummy rubs.

Only two get to come inside the house.

The “Native Cat” voting bloc denies this benefit to the four
immigrant cats. Deserving though some of them may be, this is
the law hereabouts.

We have a somewhat different political structure here than does the rest of the country.

There is a perfectly serviceable barn for the immigrant cats.

Snakes = terrorists and are shot on sight. We “profile”.
Bad dogs = New Black Panthers and are chased off. The first couple of times.

Alas, we haven’t built the barn yet. Maybe next year. I have my eye on a couple of local strays.

Snakes here tend to be tiny, harmless, and slithering in the garden, so it’s live and let live. We’re in the middle of a tiny forest in the middle of huge tracts of farmland, and there’s only one neighbor within a earshot, so the thugs will probably get here last if at all.

We are ready for them, though.

Profiling is sensible and necessary.

Projecting?

We haven’t used that old 8mm stuff for a long time now.

We’re all hi-tech preverts.
