With Turkey’s lurch to the side of Islamo radical beleifs, you have to wonder how long all these tombs and free standing statues which are part of Turkey’s Western heritage from ancient times will survive.

I can’t help thinking about the Bhudda statues in Afghanistan that were destroyed.
