Yes, that's what I remembered, but wondered if that might have been the basis of what dragon2 recounted regarding Welch. I hadn't heard of a kitchen-fall story, and Googling doesn't bring up any reference either. Thought it might've been a hazy recollection of what had happened to Ann-Margret, another lovely actress of about the same vintage (and a truly fine human being).
