Good thing she wasn't down there. I don't think they could have gotten her out.

I wonder if his wife is as lovely as his rotund mistress.

How awful for his wife. This moment has been stolen from her, and all she can do is watch on TV. Just awful.

He isn’t a stud either. The mistress should’ve stayed home. She didn’t belong there.

Will they plug the hole with her later?

Probably Johnny has a lot to make up when he gets home to his Mrs. There he was with a shirt on that said, JESUS IS LORD, and on his sleeve the word Jesus. No wedding bands on his hands on the gals shoulders. He needs to walk the talk...and clean up his world. The lady he had covenant marriage with did right, she should NOT be sharing the light with a ‘mistress’.

She’s a mistress? Reality does not live up to fictional expectations.

Haha... the last I heard/read, the wife wasn't even planning on watching his rescue on television.

I agree with you. The wife should not be sharing the moment with the mistress. The moment should have been all hers.

As to wearing Jesus is Lord on his sleeve, it’s like the pharasees with all their paraphenalia, and pride...their religeon was only sleeve deep.

“Haha...”

If you’d ever felt the sting and humiliation of betrayal, you wouldn’t be laughing.

My momma always said the truth will come out - interesting set of circumstances in this case. I have never understood how a person can be having an affair and the spouse claims they didn’t know. Either she wasn’t paying attention, she knew but didn’t want to deal with the consequences of acknowledging it or she knew and as long as it wasn’t in her face, she chose to not disrupt her life.

As a litigant, #21 is in for a large windfall of cash. His wife probably has already talked to a lawyer to make sure he pays through the a$$.

Gloria AllRED probably has already applied for a license to practice law outside the US.

You know, you are right- I shouldn't have laughed about this situation at all, and thank you for pointing that out to me.

Last Fall, my husband of 17 years informed me out of the blue that he wanted a divorce- and unknown to me/our children, he already had my 'replacment' witing in the wings.

So, yes. I certainly *have* felt the sting/humiliation of betrayal, and if for no other reason, I really should have been more respectful of this particular situation. I do appreciate the 'reminder', as sometimes I tend to speak prior to thinking.
