Only as a rumor... neither party has made any announcement. This has been rumored at least five times before... even in major main stream news sources including the WSJ and nothing has come of it. This one seems a bit better sourced than other such rumors... but there are other possibilities... such as streaming music, subscription music, streaming movies to iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads, etc. I think it's the Beatles... but time will tell.
