He was so overcome however, this is my opinion. He is a great singer for sure but they used their last chance and tomorrow night 2 will have to leave with no chance of saving either. What if the public votes him off again? You know how the public is! Its not actually being voted off, its voting more for others than two people.

If he should not get enough votes, he can't be saved and no one else can be saved either! I went to sleep 10 minutes before it was over. I was sitting on the couch leaning on my hand and just didn't realize I was going to sleep. That is tired!

I think he’s ok - has a good voice - but that BEARD is SOOOOOOooooooooo out of style! I can’t believe the stylists didn’t encourage him to shave it off!

I LOVED it when Scotty (right in the middle of his song), whispered, “I love you, Grandma!” OMG - the tears started on his grandma right there in the audience (and I had to find a kleenex too!)

By the way, I meant to post this today!

Tennessee Pride Sausage Balls

Someone described our sausage balls
as being one of God's gifts to mankind.
While we don't claim that to be true,
we do know that these are about the tastiest
appetizer you can find made from sausage.
They have the just-right combination of
Tennessee Pride sausage, real cheddar cheese,
flour and spices that will please almost anyone.
Easy-to-prepare, just spread on a cookie sheet
and bake according to directions.

*They listed Walmart as a source for purchase
and then over to the side, it said..."Not available
in the Bristol store." I've never looked at my
Walmart as I get mine at Food City.*

Thanks for the Sausage info, JC. (I cheated, and licked the screen - and they ARE very good!) LOL!

So...how'd the stew turn out?

RE: 'Warm & Fuzzy'

Labs are so lovable and eager to please. ...Wish we could get a few in the U.S. Senate... but I guess that's asking too much, huh?

The stew was probably the best I’ve ever made.

The hushpuppies? Noooo. (They were too greasy - and I have asked all my Suth’n friends for a good hushpuppy recipe - but never have found one that is one I would make again (and again and again!)

I know what you mean. I had an old gentleman friend who made the best hush puppies EVER!

He always said he'd give me the recipe before he left this world but that didn't happen! :(

I haven't found one yet worth making a 2nd time!

I think the US Senate is hopeless and I see don’t see much hope for a change. After “please call me senator” Babs won last year, I think the lib-tards have taken over our great nation. Hopefully, people will wake up by the time 2012 gets here.

I agree, Amy. I am SO disappointed in the voters. (I hate to even consider the possibility that the final tally could have been rigged)
........but when Harry Reid won in a state that he bankrupted - makes me wonder just how DEEP this mental illness goes.

I wonder if Peggy Joseph STILL feels the same way she did two years ago:

"I don't have to worry about putting gas in my car - I don't have to worry about paying my mortgage...If I help him - he's gonna help me!"

LOL ... ignorant voters. I could not believe that Harry Reid won. Why would anyone vote for him? Guess it was the same type that voted for Boxer and Obama. So blinded by empty campaign hype.

Wonder if Zero is giving Peggy Joseph enough welfare to pay $4.00 per gallon for gas.

I think this is one of the greatest ideas a ball club ever had! More of them should borrow the idea!

I worked for a class A ballclub all through the 80s. Our bat boys were from 5 to about 12 until the labor board stepped in. The older boys that had to be hired weren't so cute! Dogs would have been a big hit!

I was just reading some of the comments on that You-Tube (over two and a half million views) - and I will be going to bed laughing - (there are over 26,143 comments - so I’ll never be able to read them ALL!~)

BOY, were the ‘entitled’ ever given a pile of dung that they mistook for ‘sugar’. LOL!

Valid Entry
March 31, 2011

On a teaching trip outside the US, my wife and I were denied entry into our country of destination because of visa problems. Although we were under the assumption our visas had been correctly issued by the country we planned to visit, they were deemed invalid. Despite the efforts of several government officials, nothing could be done. We weren’t allowed in. We were placed on the next flight back to the States. No amount of intervention could change the fact that we did not have the proper validation for entrance.

That experience with my visa was inconvenient, but it can’t begin to compare with the ultimate entry rejection. I’m speaking of those who will stand before God without valid entry into heaven. What if they were to present the record of their religious efforts and good deeds? That would not be enough. What if they were to call character references? That wouldn’t work. Only one thing can give anyone entry into heaven. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6).

Christ alone, through His death and resurrection, paid the price for our sins. And only He can give us valid entry into the presence of the Father. Have you put your faith in Jesus? Make sure you have a valid entry into heaven.

There aren’t many ways into heaven;
The Bible says there’s only one;
Good works won’t gain anyone entrance;
It’s only through faith in God’s Son. —Sper

Only through Christ can we enter the Father’s presence.

Read: John 14:1-10

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” —John 14:6
