Another former Fox sci-fi fan favorite is heading to cable: Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles has been picked up by Syfy.
EW can exclusively report that Syfy has gained the rights to all 31 episodes of the series, which ran for two seasons on Fox from 2007-09. This will mark the first time the show has aired off broadcast.
The news comes on the heels of Science Channel making waves by picking up Foxs cult fave Firefly. Sarah Conner Chronicles will launch on Syfy on Thursday, April 7 at 9 p.m., with an airing of Terminator 3 for a lead-in. Its regular time slot will be Thursdays from 7 to 11 p.m. (So, yes, four episodes in a row!)

Yes, they are buying reruns. But at least their taste is excellent.

Yes, they are, but perhaps, with sufficient viewership, they will buy the rights to make a new season of TSCC.

If the government ever makes millions of terminators, all looking like Summer Glau, we are doomed. ;-)

I like the way you think!
But chances are high that a short-sighted Fox executive from the future will be sent back through time to destroy any third series. It’s what always seems to happen to Summer Glau vehicles.

No, Morena Baccarin already has a job as Anna on V. :-) Okay, The Counselor has been recalled to Sihnon to be get her yearly checkup. Or something. Leave her out then until V is over.
