That is something to be concerned about. But, if the country vote is split next week, it won’t be for the final week. And if a country person goes home next week, the other country singer will pick up their votes winning in a landslide.

The best singer...by far...on this year's American Idol was voted off on April 7th.
She was humble, insecure, beautiful and an astonishing talent.
The women frequenting this thread hated her almost as much as they hate Haley.
Lauren Alaina is this year's second best voice and is probably the most commercially viable singer in the group.
I'm pulling for her.
Scotty McCreery is the least talented singer in the Top 3.
I hope it's a Lauren/Haley finish, with Lauren as the winner.

I am shocked and depressed. Are you KIDDING me?? Haley stays? She was in the bottom 3 half the weeks! She screams, she smiles, she growls, and she is phony.
And our James goes home?? How the hey did this happen? I had him winning it all. I am so sad for him. I think when he gets an album out he will sell it well from all of his fans from idol.
He will probably still get to do a duet with Steven at the finale.
Tnight Haley was cheesy while Lauren was authentic, and Haley looked so slutty trying to show off as much leg and boob as possible. Ugh.
The only good thing tonight was seeing Enrique who is the cutest famous guy out there these days, IMO. But even that eye candy did not make up for James going home and Haley’s growly fakeness staying.
If I had predicted all of the possible turnouts of tonight’s show, this ending would have been the Most Unlikely.

Haley looked great tonight. So did Lauren. This really is about jealousy with the women on this thread, isn't it? Irrespective of the talents of the performers, almost every woman on this thread has disliked Naima, Pia, and Haley with something that looks exactly like envy. It bursts through the monitor, and I've been attacked for bringing it up. That kind of viciousness is hard to veil, and it's something men have seen since elementary school but will never understand.
It's a shame.
Scotty has been the least talented singer since Hollywood week. The fact that Casey and James are gone, and Scotty is still there is, indeed, a testament to the stupidity of the American Idol audience.
I think Scotty is a good kid, but if he wins the whole thing I'll be tempted to boycott American Idol next season.

So it looks like you feel Scotty or Lauren will win.
I’d be ok with either of those, but would prefer Lauren, now that my favorite James is gone.
P.S. James should have used some of his country skills earlier. To me he sounded pretty good when paired with Scotty

I was wrong on my prediction of James being seated second, and Scotty vs Haley for the final seat with Haley going.
In any case Go Lauren......
Sad to see my favorite James go, and doubt the judges got his message song “ Maybe I’m amazed “ deep in symbolism on the why am I gone level, and heartfelt to his wife.
Being of a vintage where I can say things like this:
I’d gladly have my daughter marry Scotty of James, and my son marry Lauren.
Forget the voice part. All of them from what I’ve seen have character and caring.
Haley no way.... She’s trouble from the get go..........
Eye candy to some, but inside where it really counts very lacking.
That’s my first and final commentary on that topic.
