Hello. I’m a Lauren fan. I have a throat problem right now. It hurts. My voice cuts out and is scratchy. I’m rehearsing again and have no doctor freezing my throat. I explained her voice can cut out on her. I’m not an alleged singer. My throat got damaged from a guy smokin’ a hog against the HOA rules. I don’t talk or sing the same as before the smoke exposure but I’m workin’ on it. The smoke came through the exterior walls. I have new windows.

George chose ... I'm sorry I didn't catch it. "Emmylou" something. There's a Joey + Rory song called "Sweet Emmylou" that might be it. Not at all sure.
But the song is great for Scotty. Suits him perfectly. Plays guitar with a full band backing him.

TMZ broke the story ... Lauren lost her voice and could not finish rehearsing for tonight’s finale.
Producers have brought Haley Reinhart to the set and she is currently in wardrobe. If Lauren can’t compete, Haley will square off against Scotty McCreery for the title.
We’re told Haley just finished rehearsing, and if she does compete tonight she’ll sing 3 songs — “House of the Rising Sun,” “I Who Have Nothing” and “Bennie and the Jets.”
