Whey that is filtered, unheated, unacidified, and without hormones would be best. Add 1000 mcg of chromium to optimize the insulin signaling impact.

Can you provide exact details of the products themselves???

I've already suffered some "bone loss" and would like to arrest it, or even grow some bone back.

What do I buy???

According to the Doctor who wrote the book, he advises only liquid IONIC mineral supplements. He says that minerals in ionic form are 100% bioavailable, meaning they are water soluble and are immediatly available to your body. He does not promote any particular brand. I would highly suggest reading the book to get even more information.
The product I take is made by Eidon, you can look them up on the web. Easy to take and no flavor. Since bones are basically a mineral savings bank for your body, anytime your are low on a mineral your bones get robbed to fill the deficiency. So it will take time to rebuild the "bank". This doctor states that he has seen 5% bone density increase in patients in a year after starting them on minerals. (any increase over 2% is significant)
Also, you can find sea salt at the grocery store or health food store.
