Unfortunately the main root system is in my neighbor’s yard. I uproot any that gets established on my side. Maybe a yard-invasion root raid is in order.
uhhh if you Round-Up what is onh hyour side of the fence, being a systemic, it will hit the root system on the other side of the fence.
Being careful- what you hit with a systemic will kill other things if and where roots of more than one plant touch.
