Good Morning to all. Closing Arguments are today.
I apologize in advance if you were either left off today's ping list or included in error. I am not at home and forgot to forward my pinglist to my friend's house, so I've had to check some older threads and reconstruct as many names as possible. If I missed you I'm sorry.
I probably won't be able to post much on this thread, but after I am home I will keep my ear to the television/radio for the jury decision, and will ping again when I hear so we can have a discussion thread.

The jury by now just wants Baez to shut up. George is not on trial and has never been charged. Why? Because there is no evidence he did anything and the defense never proved he did. George had no reason to get rid of Caylee. Casey did.
This is a lesson that people need to make a short, concise argument. Too much? You lose people. They all want him to just STHU by now.
Now, Ashton will comeback in a less lengthy way and derail all this bloviation.

I just got the shivers from thinking that Casey’s parents KNEW where Caylee was........THAT would really explain why the brother cried......they didn’t tell him about the pregnancy and they didn’t tell him she was dead. OMG

Caylee not having socks or shoes means less to nothing. Maybe Casey didn’t bother putting them on her, it was summer. This is weak.
How long will be jury take? I think it will be a short duration once they get the case.

Just got home and tuned in. Good gad. They’re still at it. Is Baez getting paid by the word?!
You know.... nobody in the family can tell the truth. We all agree with that part. I still lean toward Casey applying chloroform to Casey so she can party. And she accidentally overdosed her. Freaked out... and then it spun out of control. Throw her in jail. Throw Cindy in jail for perjury about computer searching. That’s what I would do.

OH yeah, George did it. and if you don’t buy that...well Kronk did it....or maybe Investigator Casey....well maybe Cindy did it...Zanny did it.... Zanny’s Mother ,sister, kids did it. and when all else fails. Caylee crawled in the trunk and committed suicide.
I do, he should have picked a few points, accentuated those and then kept the jury from all the rambling he has been doing. The jury is probably ready for a nap, that is, if they haven’t been napping for the last 1 and a half hours. Sometimes too much is too much. He is trying too hard.
Ashton will eviscerate this in 45 minutes.
You’re thinking of the movie “Murder on the Orient Express,” where it turned out that everyone on the train killed the victim. Maybe Jose saw it on TCM the other night.
