He proposes that it is possible that the universe created itself out of nothing.

It's still gibberish even when a "smart" person says it.

sub-atomic particles have been observed to appear from nowhere. He feels this is proof that the universe is self-creating.

How did they rule out that the particles didn’t come from somewhere else, or somewhen else.
