Truth be known..these are alien constructed conduits through which their aircraft can penetrate our atmosphere. They can then do their abductions and other hideous acts.I have established an Alien Observation Corps. We are diligently watching the sky!

This is a formation that occurred in WI in 2009 over our place in West Central WI. I saw a similar formation earlier this year. I don't know the correct name but we refer to it as Moon Clouds:
