Took my daughter to the gunshow this past weekend and she bought her first own pistol... A Glock 22 .40cal....
Went to the range with her yesterday, you could cover the first fifty rounds she fired at 30ft with a dollar bill....
"remind me to stay out of your neighborhood"
I’m thinking about getting my daughter a Lady Smith for Hanukkah this year.
My son is against it (”just get her a regular, good gun”) but he doesn’t understand that our smaller hands really do make it more difficult to handle a handgun. In addition, our hands aren’t as strong as the average man’s.
I’m jealous. When my dad found out I’d bought my first gun, he started telling every story he could remember, find, or make up about kids coming in the house and shooting themselves.
