FBI classifies Juggalos as a ‘gang’

The FBI has classified fans of the Detroit-based hip-hop band Insane Clown Posse--who call themselves Juggalos and paint their faces like their heros--as a violent, fast-growing "gang" worth monitoring. News of the bureau's move first came courtesy of Wired reporter Spencer Ackerman.

Wow, I can't tell which has fewer brain cells; the FBI or ICP fans. Folks, I am not surprised there are a bunch of moron ICP fans commiting crimes but ICP is still just a stupid band. Similar people are attracted to similar things, why should the music they listen to be the focal point on how it is treated by law enforcement?

Given the large quantity of violence that goes along with Juggalo gatherings it’s actually not a bad label. The FBI is a bit late to the party on it, AZ, Utah and cities in PA and CA have already listed them as gangs.

If this is for diapers for "needy children", then hand out government issued diapers to qualified applicants.
NO CASH should EVER be given to the "parent" to buy diapers, period. CASH is not gonna do the job, and if they truly need diapers, they can get 'em.
Food Stamps likewise should be stopped, and let the buyers produce Photo ID at "Qualified" grocery stores, and their account will be marked accordingly. NO FOOD STAMPS TO BE SOLD AND TRADED and/or exchanged for other-than-food purchases, period.

Really a gang? LOL On the bright side they won’t be hard to spot them. But like with other gangs I am sure nothing well be done to put a stop to them.
