I also found some great information on Plant Hardiness at the following two locations;

HERE on Wikipedia and also HERE at Agriculture Canada.

I've also read that micro-climates can also be created within locations that can greatly effect plants.

Can’t read that. But, I think I’m still zone 5 (plant to 3 or 4)
