The Washington Post reports that political observers in Minnesota are skeptical that Rep. Michelle Bachmann, R-Minn., will seek reelection this year.

Bachmann, who formally announces that she will end her campaign for president on Wednesday in Des Moines, has a lot to distract her from a return to the rank-and-file of Congress.

"Political observers." Wonder who they might be...

It would be great for her to knock off the creepy Franken in a couple years.

Well, if "political observers" say it's so, then by God it MUST be so!

Meanwhile, Bachmann, 55, is a strong candidate for television punditry, and some think she may have her sights on running against Sen. Al Franken, D-Minn., in 2014”

Oh, I hope so. Seeing Franken, that buffoon, in the Senate is humiliating.

I can see this happening. The Dems really want to screw her over in redistricting. I hope she runs for governor or senate in 2014 though.

I agree, TV then take aim at Crazy Al Franken.

Especially since I heard her district is tough and getting tougher for her.

Hey only RINOs can survive for long in the union bastion of Minnesota.

Screw ‘em Michele. Enjoy the rest of your life.

“I agree, TV then take aim at Crazy Al Franken.”

If that is her path, she will have to temper her views on TV as they would be used against her is a statewide race.

I wouldn’t blame her if she did. The inhumane treatment a moral person receives by the fascist press and homosexual mafia is hard to tolerate. They are so vile and evil.

That being said-—we definitely need people of her moral fiber and strength. God Bless her for facing the great evil forces in the world that are trying to destroy us.

She might as well. The voters don’t seem to know what they want so what’s the point of staying.

Michelle Bachmann needs to kick Al Franken’s azz and take his senate seat in 2014. She would be a big asset in the senate.

This is a non-article composed completely around conjecture from her enemies. I certainly hope she does NOT withdraw from congress. I’d sure like to see her boot Frankin from the Senate, however.

Michele Bachmann is a talented, passionate, articulate conservative advocate. It would be a shame to lose her voice.

Considering the way that Palin and Bachmann have been treated by the media I think that it is about time that our educational system revive the 19th century standby for high school students and collegians — elocution! I love both of these ladies, but they both have a problem that many women do and that is allowing the register of their voice to rise as they become excited. I think that a lot of people (mostly men) find that shrill and whiny.

When Michele Bachmann was delivering her withdrawal speach, she sounded so much better because she was a little subdued. She wasn’t down — just peaceful. I would love to see her (quietly) take an intensive training course in elocution and come back roaring strong.

Does she still have time to establish residency in Michigan and run for Stabenow’s seat? LOL! (nice thought)

Out to lunch wishful thinking. She leaves and her national ‘voice’ is lost. Not happening, unless for more compelling personal reasons of her large adopted family.

Who is, presently, running for the same Congressional District seat that Michele Bachmann is in that’s very conservative, on all of the issues? Michele had several “gaffe moments” during her entire run for ‘12 POTUS that were very embarrassing, and Michele had several departures of people from her campaign that were very damaging to her, too. Having any of her troubles while running for ‘12 POTUS interfere with her running for re-election to Congress, makes it understandable why she would consider not running for re-election to her present Congressional seat, but I’m not so sure if this is a correct move by her or not.

I can’t blame her a bit. Take a little time off, do some TV, build up the IRA with some nice fees that she can absolutely command now, then take a look at knocking off that puke Steward Smalley maybe. Let someone new kill themselves running for re-election every 2 years in a state that voted for Jesse Ventura and Alfranken...
