Yeah, I agree. That song was awful. I thought she did a nice job with it, but it was a terrible choice.

She looks very surprised and very humbled, which is refreshing to see.
Before some of you get apoplectic over my past post...let me just say...what upsets me, is that as years go by...this program is more and more predictable. I dont mind the kid being saved...I mind the idiotic WAY she was saved....and is continually pimped by the judges week after week...that is unfair to the other contestants!!.

ITA. I wasn’t looking at the TV and was typing, “I bet they cut her off mid song all dramatical like,” and I heard Jennifer start talking on telling her to stop.
Jessica gets a few lines into her song and the judges (all three of them) walk up on stage and take the mic from her.

I totally agree. Simon wouldn’t have made such a spectacle of himself on stage and it’s so fake and forced this season.
I’m voting for Holly 50 times next week. These celebrity freaks are going to really flip when we vote out Obama.

IIRC They cannot save after they are down to 5 contestants. I think they said that last week or the week before.
If they save someone tonight, I think 2 people go home next week. So it may be better to send two home next week than when they get closer to the finals the week after.
