I liked Jessica better second song. She pulls too many rabbits out of the hat for me. When you have that much ability, why make an exhibition out of it? She oversings and gets the three seals clapping wildly.

Hollie was on Leno last night. She was singing w/the band going into commercial and that wasn't her fault.

Oh, I'm not for Phillips. I think he's another cookie cutter AI pick with a guitar and talk about lack of enthusiasm, there you go.

It's over for me this season. Finale, what finale? I've seen enough confetti and balloons since Kelly C. won to last a lifetime. Since the confetti will be falling not on Skylar or Hollie or maybe some of my other favorites who got sent home, I have no growlers in the game or slackers or sliders like Joshie.

Yep. Hollie went right under the bus starting on Wednesday night. Even that creepy Jimmy started things off by telling Hollie NOT to oversing so she didn’t and then the judges told her she wasn’t singing enough. Total setup.

Well said. And at this point, I'm done watching. I was only watching to see the hometown girl sing. This show sure has changed since the last time I watched. Simon's real-world critiques are needed in a bad way. Too many cheerleaders instead of judges.

It’s not real if they don’t get actual criticism. Rooting for hometown is only thrill left. I wonder how much invisible spandex JLo is wearing under her tiny dance outfit. She can’t sing that great either but she can act but usually gets wedding planner type roles which are so so.

I just looked at my tivo and there are seven episodes of Touch to watch

They are all the series premieres.

I could save you some time and summerize each of the premieres:

Jack Bauer follows his son around, saying "Jake! Jake, wait! Don't go in there, Jake!".

An annoyingly persistant social worker follows him saying "You're a bad parent! You're going to lose custody of your son!"

Inevitably, Jake leads them all into a dangerous situation which causes someone to grab the kid for his own protection.

The kid screams like a howler monkey until he's let go.

Jack Bauer whispers: "Why won't you talk to me?" (cue tender music)

There's also some stuff about numbers, Danny Glover, the Smoke Monster from Lost and some mystical crap that we're supposed to care about, but never do.
