Interesting that CJ Roberts, Alito, Scalia, and the only black justice Thomas, are not in attendance
The 2012 election is in the hands of SCOTUS.
Roberts was standing next to Kennedy smiling. I guess you have no way of correcting. It was reported in the papers today that Alito, Scalia, Thomas would not be there.
I did not see Sotomayer.
I'm taking that as a good sign, but things can always change with the de facto Chief Justice. Remember Casey.

Think it was the year before. Tonight’s failure to attend is probably because they will be hearing the various Obamacare cases in March.
It will be interesting. Kagen can defend OBCare and then turn around and vote for it all in the same session, without changing clothes. Good stuff..........
Roberts is not interested in Justice or else he would demand that a certain other justice recluse herself. Instead of that he is defending her.

Indeed. I hope this no-show by five Justices portends a favorable ruling on OcommieCare.
