Maybe it’s time for a location change too. I can understand that they are saving $$ by sticking to the same location for the last, what, 4 seasons? It’s all getting stale. I’m glad they don’t have to do the gross food / drink thing anymore though. I gagged right along with them back in those days.
The gross food wasn’t so bad but the drinking the cow’s blood was the end of it for me. They can eat all the fish and bugs but that poor cow getting cut just because of a stupid game, no. I did enjoy them having to work for a grain of rice though. It was good thinking to eat the chicken feed back whenever. That was surviving in a truer sense than what it is today.
Mark always said he’d never take the show to a cold climate. He’d be wise to reconsider to shake things up. Sure, you don’t get a lot of skin but then we wouldn’t be subjected to blue speedos and pink not so tighties so that in itself should be a win.
