(Vanity) Seriously,Will New York & California Vote For Obama Despite $4.50 & $5.00 Gas ?

Posted on 03/17/2012 10:34:18 PM PDT by Liberals_R_BiPolar_Turkeys

Can you imagine if the deep blue states are paying between $4.00/$5.00 for a gallon of gas come October and yet they will still vote for Obama? And what if the real polls show Obama's approval in those states under 50%? You know if Obama is under water in the deep blue states, the thugs will rig the election. Especially in Illinios where Obama could lose. If New York and Cally still vote in Obama come November, safe to say both states have gone to hell?

Cuomo has been doing a great job here. The unions hate him and run ads 24 7 against him.

Cuomo is pretending to set some limits on the insane greedy public unions in New York State.

He’s not particularly sincere, but he has gotten a few minor concessions.

Ironically the great recession that he had much to do with creating, is taking a particularly bad effect on New York State. Much of upstate New York is impoverished Backwater, Home to Democrat party induced hopelessness and despair.

The Democratic Party hacks who run the state are living like kings on the vast wealth that they are stealing.

Gas could be $20 per gallon, but CA and NY will still stand by their beloved democrats. They are forever out of play insofar as Presidential elections are concerned.

Might as well throw Connecticut into this discussion.

“Seriously, Will New York & California Vote For Obama Despite $4.50 & $5.00 Gas?”

Seriously, yes, they will.

Many New Yorkers (liberal city-dwellers) don’t even -own- cars, and many other liberals are hard-left-wingers who will NEVER vote for a Republican (they would gladly vote for the certified Communists before they could stoop to voting for the GOP).

California is so loony-liberal that they’ll swallow $10-a-gallon gas before they confront the possibility that their political beliefs may be in conflict with economic realities. Even then, they will blame the high cost of fuel on the “evil Republicans” and the greedy oil companies….

I live in New York State.

Though the area I am in is solidly “red” I can assure you Obama is safe in NY.

We have huge urban populations that don’t drive and get gubmint checks.

Obama wins NY without breaking a sweat.

I hope Romney chokes on his pro-homosexual marriage, pro-gun bans, pro-taxpayer funded government run healthcare.

Say, we had a guy awhile ago who would serially post to himself.
Handle was Jimmyclyde.
Then he was the Doku pest after that.

Congress hasn’t passed a budget in about 3 years, so much for power of the purse.

Yeh the will because Baraky told them it isn’t his fault.

They are going to sit back and wait for the magic algae gas.

The de facto budgets are the continuing resolutions with various amendments that change spending. And Congress can cut off funds at any time, even to previously approved spending.
