(Vanity) Seriously,Will New York & California Vote For Obama Despite $4.50 & $5.00 Gas ?

Posted on 03/17/2012 10:34:18 PM PDT by Liberals_R_BiPolar_Turkeys

Can you imagine if the deep blue states are paying between $4.00/$5.00 for a gallon of gas come October and yet they will still vote for Obama? And what if the real polls show Obama's approval in those states under 50%? You know if Obama is under water in the deep blue states, the thugs will rig the election. Especially in Illinios where Obama could lose. If New York and Cally still vote in Obama come November, safe to say both states have gone to hell?

If it is a choice between Obama and ObamaLite, Obama wins. It will not matter how much the price of gasoline is - it will happen. A Republican can carry California, and New York.

If gas if $4.50 or $5.00 or more, he will lose votes in these blue states, but will still carry the bluest such as New York and California.

Last time, he got over 60% of the vote in Calif. Suppose anger over gas or other issues cuts him down to 55%. He still would carry California comfortably.

Or, look at another way, if Obama were in trouble in states such as N.Y., Calif, or Illinois, you could be looking at a Reagan size landslide for the GOP candidate.

Lots of social parasites, functional morons, media brainwashed zombies, and fake ballots in both states.

Too many conservatives have left California for greener pastures politically.

The worst kind of Rats are in charge of all portions of the California state government.

Illegals are handled with kids gloves.

I live here, no Republican is going to win California.

California will need to destroy itself before it can get back to the glory days when it used to be conservative or even Republican.

Obama’s approval will hover around 40% right thru October, therefore it’s gonna be closer to 35% in some swing states. Odds are he will poll around 50% in those big blue states, and they will rig the elections there, even if they have to allow voter fraud. It better not happen in Philly! Does anyone actually trust those districs that allow black panthers to gaurd the entrances with bully sticks and baseball bats?

YES. PARTY-AFFILIATION above all else, including country or self. Besides, when life guards are paid six figures with LIFETIME PENSIONS, who cares about gas prices?

I live in California and the answer to that question is unfortunately..yes..this state would vote for Obama no matter what..its overrun with progressive whack jobs and SEIU..are there a few Conservative areas left, absolutely, but the rest of the state is basically, well, Greece West coast style..Reagan wouldn’t recognize this state if he were alive today

New York loves its current governor, Andrew Cuomo.

Not one in a hundred know his critical role as HUD Director under Clinton in suing the banks to issue vast numbers of worthless mortgages to people with no intention or ability to repay them This created the Housing Bubble that began The Great Recession.

The democrat controled mass media keeps the peons ignorant.

New Yorkers can walk, take subways, trains, etc.

Californians, though, COULD get oil at the wellhead or tar pits of La Brea, but apparently prefer Leaf-frogging.

And the Carmelites could micromanage themselves into permitting only Segwey traffic, I suppose. Do Segweys go uphill? Maybe the San Franciscans can reinvent the brockabrella and turn it into a solar array windmill whirlygig.

But the folks in Merced are done for. They should start building tunnels and dry canals that can run by pulleys.

NY and CA will continue to vote Democrat; to do otherwise would be to confess their errors, and they are too proud to admit they fail. Cuomo and Brown are proof that they are not done with liberalism, not by a long shot.

For deep Blue states suffering from high gas prices, the Democratic playbook will emphasize union solidarity, liberal social issues, and Obama’s efforts to rein in oil companies and find alternatives to oil. This will hold the line and carry those states for Obama in 2012, but the effort required and the fraying at the edges of the Democratic coalition will take a toll in other races. And no matter what happens to Obama, 2012 will not otherwise be a good year for the Democrats and 2014 will be a disaster for them across the board if Obama is reelected.

Obama could nuke LA and NYC then strafe the survivors and still carry California and NY.

They cannot make it without other peoples financial hesitance.
