Not for me, I have Big House Syndrome. But wish I didn’t! Good for her if she is content in that container.

Actually it’s not a house, but an RV since it sits on a trailer and has a license plate.

Probably needs to go to the dump to dump her composted dumps, and to the river to bathe and do her laundry.

I could live in a small house as long as I have a decent kitchen and bathroom. I will need a large detached garage(minimum 3 bay) and an unfinished basement under the house...maybe one under the garage too. And a good sized patio with a storage shed. Maybe two storage sheds. The patio should have a built in gas grill and bar and the yard should be very large(minimum one acre) and fenced in. Plenty of sidewalk and driveway.

With those things I could get buy with a 500 ft^2 house and not even feel like I’m sacrificing.

Yurts were REAL popular in the thirteenth century when the Mongols brought them West. And, yes, they avoided running water too.

The rest of the world lives without running water? Really lady? Have you even been outside the US?

Let me clue you in on a little secret, MOST OF THE WORLD HAS RUNNING WATER. It is not always drinkable and you may need to tie a mesh over your faucet to keep the tadpoles and other critters from plonking in your soup pot but you have running water.

No one likes toting water buckets so even in remote areas of the world you will usually find some kind of running water system.
