Hey all just wanted to start a thread to get some perspective on the ages of us here. I know we are a diverse group, but just wonder if the majority is 40 and up and wondering if there is a growing younger crowd signing up here. If it's ok to post this here maybe we can start a FReeper log of:

I mean just in this thread but I know there are lots of FReepers who almost never post. I’m right here at the computer all day working at my own speed so I know who the regulars are as opposed to the occasional posters.
Early Freepers (1998-2000) passing away, and obits with many grandchildren. Many early Freepers were seniors.
Over time, the average age came down, but it's probably still higher than most other sites.
The focus on conservatism draws an older crowd. The high standards of online debate at this site have a natural attrition against the younger generation.

I suspect you would also find an overwhelming majority of us are rural/small town flyover country people.
It depends upon the suffering of the young.
There are 4 points in the definitions for change.
The 3rd states that change will only occur when the level of pain and suffering is known is equal to or greater than the pain and suffering of the unknown.
So, when the propaganda and actions of the left creates an untenable climate for the young the unknown becomes an option for continued life. (Of course, there is much more to be stated on this topic).
So, those in the quest come here to explore the alternative to what they are bombarded with in school, culture, and the enveloping MSM humanistic environment.
Conservatism requires thinking, liberalism only requires emotion.
