Vanity: What's Become Of The Breitbart Investigation?
http://www.breitbart.com ^

Posted on 03/24/2012 2:25:51 PM PDT by ConservativeMan55

I've seen nothing in any type of media about autopsy results or any conclusion to his death?

Did he have a funeral or private memorial?

Was Breitbart married or did he live alone?

This guy was huge for our movement and he's suddenly gone.. and I think we need to be asking more questions.

Maybe a very private person.
There was speculation that he had a disease where iron builds up in the heart and since many of Irish extraction (Breitbart was adopted but I believe was of Irish roots) get it, it’s
called “the Celtic Curse”. That came up here on Hot Air and reproduced here on FR.

http://74.6.238.254/search/srpcache?ei=UTF-8&p=breitbart+celtic+curse+iron&fr=yfp-t-701&u=http://cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q=breitbart+celtic+curse+iron&d=4621638723110602&mkt=en-US&setlang=en-US&w=8644a602,be1526a1&icp=1&.intl=us&sig=bmVnEakcfz8U.tn6i2AGgg

Cane_loader first quotes another post:
>> That indignation came to Breitbart in mid-life. A bluff Irishman who had been adopted as a baby by a Jewish couple in Brentwood (one of L.A.’s tonier neighborhoods), he moved to the right in college, at Tulane University in New Orleans, and crossed over completely with the Clarence Thomas hearings (etc.)

Then Cane_loader says:

-—My suspicions grow that Breitbart may have had undiagnosed hereditary hemochromatosis. It almost killed me. Its #1 marker is young, unexpected death by heart attack. Called the “Celtic Curse,” the highest incidence in the world is found in Irish men – 1 of 83 have this genetic iron-poisoning disorder that is 100% fatal if not caught. Average age of diagnosis is 41. I was diagnosed at 41 and it almost killed me. My heart was majorly malfunctioning.
Before he is laid to rest, they really do need to do a DNA test for hemochromatosis, for his kids’ sake.

Yep. Something wrong with that?

You've of course checked in with the family and next of kin before you advanced a wild, tin foil hat, conspiracy theory?

What? You didn't know he had a family??

>>The man had a bad ticker

Indeed. Sometimes there are such things as “undiagnosed
heart conditions”—or, conditions people are born with but are not diagnosed till the autopsy. Two that come to mind:

—an 18 yr old boy in RI who seemed in great health...was part of Little League World Series team when he was 12.
6 yrs later, drops dead while exercising

—actor John Ritter, dead at 50. He had an undiagnosed
heart condition

Or that condition I mention in a post just above,
hemachromatosis. A search on Hot Air shows that according to one person who was with him recently, he complained of feeling really poorly and I guess he had heart problems
last year.

And exactly what is my wild, tin foil hat conspiracy??

I simply asked a question about the investigation.. and suddenly I’m advancing a crazy theory??

So we’re not allowed to ask any questions??

You can ask any question you want, as long as it is pre-approved...

The man had a bad ticker...

I'm quite sure you haven't seen his medical records, and, even on the offbeat chance that you did, I don't know that you have the qualifications to determine the likelihood that his medical history was contributory to his death.

Curiously, the coroner's office had no comments about any pathological heart findings seen on the gross examination of the decedent's body, from which one might infer that there were no such findings, at least none of significance.

AB had a known heart issue ..... this is part of Steve Bannon’s conversation when he appeared on Hannity’s show right after AB died:

BANNON: A year ago, you know, Larry Solov [Breitbart’s attorney], Andrew had heart issues. He went to UCLA, he was in the hospital for a number of days. Since we’re a private company, things did not have to be announced. Susie [Breitbart’s wife] and Larry were there. We had a number of doctors.

HANNITY: Five days?

BANNON: He came out with a very specific program. He was on medication. As you guys know, he dropped weight. He went on a diet. He had a personal trainer. He was there really to get into fighting shape. And you’re going to see that this was a massive heart attack. All the rumors are just nonsense.

I've seen nothing in any type of media about autopsy results or any conclusion to his death.

Could be that they are just taking a usual amount of time for that office. Compare this to Whitney Houston's lab tests results which were just announced a few days ago.

We should probably be a little more patient at this point, but if we go another month without any results and conclusions, we should start to ask why.

No I have not but his wife, doctor, father in law had access.

Of those three, only the doctor would be qualified to give a knowledgeable opinion, and I haven't heard any statement at all from him. Perhaps you know more about that than I do.
